Eva developed a passion for fitness and rehabilitation from an early age through her years in competitive sport. She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Athletic and Exercise Therapy in Victoria, B.C., where she gained valuable experience working as a travel Athletic Therapist with the Canadian Women’s Field Hockey Team and as a student therapist with the BC Lions Football Club. During this time, she also worked as a group fitness instructor with Orangetheory and F45 studios, further strengthening her understanding of movement and performance.
Eva earned her Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin in 2018, where she also captained the varsity women’s rugby team. Since graduating, she has practiced in private clinics across Calgary, Dublin, and Okotoks, gaining extensive experience in treating a wide range of injuries and patient populations.
She has completed post-graduate training in manual therapy, Pilates, running injury assessment, and functional dry needling. Eva takes a holistic and patient-centered approach to care, working closely with each individual to develop customized treatment plans that address their goals and promote long-term recovery.
Outside of work, Eva enjoys staying active through fitness, outdoor adventures, and spending time with family and friends.
