Aaron Hartley

MD, CCFP

Dr. Aaron Hartley is a compassionate Family Physician committed to delivering patient-centered musculoskeletal and orthopedic care at Access Orthopaedics. He works closely with patients to provide comprehensive assessments, non-surgical treatment planning, and coordinated care focused on improving mobility, reducing pain, and supporting long-term wellness.

Dr. Hartley earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree in 2014 and brings a strong foundation in comprehensive family medicine to his practice. He is passionate about empowering patients through clear communication, education, and collaborative decision-making, ensuring individuals feel informed and confident throughout their care journey.

With a focus on preventative medicine and continuity of care, Dr. Hartley takes a personalized approach to treatment, recognizing that every patient’s goals, lifestyle, and recovery path are unique. Dr. Daniel Pincus

MD, PhD, FRCSC

Dr. Daniel Pincus is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgery, including complex primary procedures and revision joint reconstruction.

He is known for particular expertise in minimally-invasive hip and knee replacement techniques, including hip resurfacing, DAA hip arthroplasty, and partial and total knee replacement, and has performed more than 3,000 of these procedures. Dr. Pincus serves as Fellowship Director for the Sunnybrook Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Fellowship Program, where he is actively involved in surgical training and education.

During his training and early career, he received several prestigious honours, including the Lawson Family Most Outstanding Graduate Award from the University of Toronto Orthopaedic Surgery Program and the Bernie Langer Award from the University of Toronto Department of Surgery, recognizing the most promising early-career surgeon.
