Why Join Gateway Surgery

A clinic built on coordination, expertise, and care that goes further.

A truly coordinated team

Our surgeons, physicians, physiotherapists, anesthesiology teams, and nurses work from a single, shared care plan rather than in separate silos. Every team member has a defined, meaningful role in the patient's care.

Opportunities for Growth

Our network includes 34+ specialized surgeons and 50+ procedures, supporting patients and surgical locations across Canada. Team members have opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers within this network.

Care worth being part of

From the first consultation through recovery, our patients receive tailored treatment plans, organized care pathways, and on-call nursing support for up to 8 weeks after surgery. It's the kind of care that makes the work feel worthwhile.

Values that show up daily

Compassion in action, ownership of our impact, and open, honest communication aren't just words on a page. They guide how we treat patients and how we treat each other, every day.

Our Values

We hold ourselves to a high standard, with patients, with each other, and with the work we do every single day.

Mission

To deliver exceptional, safe, evidence-informed surgical care in a timely and compassionate manner.
