With over 15 years of clinical experience, Dr. Weening is a licensed Orthopaedic Surgeon and a fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada practising in Oakville, Ontario. He has also completed an Honors Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Physical Education.

Dr. Weening is actively involved in medical education and clinical research and was formerly involved in humanitarian work including medical mission trips to Haiti.

Throughout the years, he performed thousands of surgical procedures including total hip and knee replacements, osteotomies, arthroscopic procedures, and musculoskeletal trauma surgeries.

Dr. Weening provides peri-operative support to patients in southwestern Ontario as part of Gateway’s national network of surgeons.
