Dr. Jason Old

Dr. Jason Old is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder surgery, with a focused interest in helping patients restore movement, reduce pain, and return to an active lifestyle. His approach to care combines advanced surgical expertise with individualized treatment planning, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their recovery journey.

Dr. Old completed both his medical degree and orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Manitoba. He further advanced his expertise through internationally recognized fellowship and observership experiences in shoulder and elbow surgery at North Shore Hospital, the Melbourne Shoulder and Elbow Centre, and L’Archet Hospital. These experiences provided extensive exposure to advanced arthroscopic techniques, complex shoulder reconstruction, and modern approaches to shoulder and elbow care.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Old holds the academic rank of Assistant Professor and is actively involved in orthopedic education and professional development. He has also served on the Board of Directors for the Pan Am Clinic Foundation, demonstrating his commitment to advancing orthopedic care, research, and patient outcomes within the healthcare community.
